Ernest Guillaume Homes has been established in Perth, Western Australia, since 1971 and has rapidly become a leader in the design and building of high quality homes.

Many of our clients have their homes distinguished with the prestigious Building Excellence awards from the Master Builder\'s Association of Western Australia and of the Housing Industry Association, thus assuring you of the highest degree of proficiency and integrity.

The Design Service

The design of a home starts in close consultation with the client where they have the opportunity to express their individuality fulfilling all their dreams, requirements and desires. The budget allocated by the client is considered at all times and we endeavor to maximize their investment.

Our designs are provided free to all our Building Agreements. If you have your own Design, Plans and Specifications, we gladly can quote on them.

The Building Service

The building of a home is a complex task that must be carefully managed by experts to ensure that you, your family and your investment are protected.

The selection of the materials and the craftsmen involved in any Ernest Guillaume Homes is done very carefully to achieve the best result.

Many of our clients are overseas residents and without the opportunity to oversee the building progress of their homes. In this case our supervision is even more strict to assure the trust invested in us.
